By purchasing a product from Desired Happenings, you agree to the following:

*No returns, exchanges or cancellations are excepted due to the customization of every item I create. All sales are final unless a mistake is made by Desired Happenings.

*If there is a problem with your order, you have 24 hours after delivery to contact me for a resolution. Proof of damage will need to be shown. I also take my own images of all items before I ship them.

*Glitter contamination can, will and does happen. If you have ordered a tumbler without glitter, please know the possibility of some glitter ending up on your tumbler is possible.

* I am HUMAN, all items are handmade and are subject to minimal imperfections. I strive to create high quality products, however, keep in mind, these are love-crafted products and I am not perfect. 

* I am ONE person, handling all preparations, creations, packaging, dropping off at USPS, handling marketing, online orders, websites, etc etc. Please be patient. I am NOT able to get to everyone's questions or messages in one day. However, ALL MESSAGES REGUADING ORDER STATUS/UPDATES WILL NOT BE ANSWERED!

*DISCLAIMER: Each tumbler is made by hand therefore no cup will ever be exactly the same. I make every effort to ensure that your cup is perfect but I am human and minor imperfections may occur. I always try my best to give you a perfect cup. Please be aware all Design, Styles, Logos, Fonts may not all be available to use or purchase. You will be notified if I am not able to use a design, logo, or font. But I will do my best. 

I do not accept returns or refunds. Cancellations will only be available up to 48 hours after your order is placed. If you have any problems with your order, please reach out to me.
