Shipping policy

  • TURN AROUND TIMES FOR ALL ORDERS ARE 2-3 WEEKS BEFORE SHIPPING
  • TURN AROUND TIME FOR 3D TUMBLERS IS 3-6 WEEKS BEFORE SHIPPING

SHIPPING?

  • Once your order is placed please allow the estimated TAT & Processing Time to create your tumbler. This does not include shipping time. Shipping method is either priority shipping, 2-3 days or first class 5-7 business days, Shipping method is chosen by the customer at checkout.
  • You’ll receive tracking info through an AUTOMATED EMAIL once a label has been printed. Please be aware that I only ship out once, MAYBE twice a week, and print shipping labels 2-3 days before actually shipping your package out. This means you’ll receive an email containing shipping & tracking info, BUT you won’t see movement on tracking until they are picked up. I schedule weekly pick-ups that helps my business run smoothly. However USPS will not always make those pick-ups if you have any questions always feel free to email me at desiredhappenings@gmail.com  and include your order number in the subject line. 
  • Shipping is a flat rate of $7.00( PRICE MAY VARY DEPENDING ON ORDERS WEIGHT)
  • Delivery is $25.00 for up to 30 mile radius from 77012 area
  • NO LONGER DOING PORCH PICK UP! (Unfortunately, due to high demand in pick up & a lot of orders not being picked up on time or weeks later, I can no longer do porch pick ups. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, I am not at home 24/7 to leave orders out when customers are finally ready to pick up their orders, also, its a better decision for the safety of my family and myself. Thank you for understanding. 
  • Desired Happenings is not responsible for incorrect addresses being given at time of checkout. If a package is late or lost, please contact USPS via email. They should respond within a few days with a full status of your package. Desired Happenings is not responsible for delivery dates and ship times given by USPS. All orders will come with a unique tracking code via email. 
  • Desired Happenings will not have day to day updates on your package once it is dropped off at USPS. All the information you see via the tracking number is the same thing Desired Happenings sees. 

RUSH MY ORDER?

  • If you need an order rushed, please pay for the rush fee option by selecting the box before carting your item. Please note the rush fee is per item. 
  • If you need your order by a certain date, please select the accurate RUSH ORDER FEE before carting each item in your order. It’s not fair to customers for me to rush orders that were placed after theirs, so that is why I charge a fee. Please understand, I am not amazon, and I am a one woman show. I work very hard to get 20-30 high quality tumblers out weekly.
