Please note that the standard turnaround time for all orders is 3–4 weeks prior to shipping or pickup notification.

Terms and Conditions
By purchasing from Desired Happenings, you agree to the following:
• Final Sales: No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted due to the custom nature of our products.
 • Damages: You have 48 hours after delivery to report issues with proof of damage. We photograph all items before shipping for quality assurance.
• Handmade Disclaimer: I am one human creator. Items may have minor imperfections; while I strive for perfection, these are "love-crafted" products.
• Glitter: Glitter contamination can occur; if you order a non-glittered item, please understand there is a slight possibility of stray glitter transfer.
• Communication: I am one person handling all aspects of the business. Please be patient.
• Messages regarding order status/updates will not be answered**.
• Designs/Fonts: Not all designs, logos, or fonts are available. You will be notified if a requested design is not possible.

FAQ
Can I order a custom item?
Yes! Please visit the "Custom Orders" collection.

What is a "Ready to Ship" (RTS) item?
These are completed items that ship within 3–5 business days. If you add personalization, please note that this requires additional design time, decal application, and (if applicable) a new layer of resin, which will extend the processing time.

What is a "Made to Order" (MTO) item?
These are popular past designs. MTO turnaround time is 2–4 weeks.

What is a "Rush Order"?
A rush order pushes your item to the front of the list for orders needed in under two weeks.

Care Instructions
 • Pens/Pencils ARE REFILLABLE - DO NOT THROW AWAY!
• Handle with care. Do not use abrasive cleaners. 
• General Care: Do not drop items, as they are not shatterproof. Dropping can cause finishes to crack or shatter.
• Do not expose to extreme temperatures.

Shipping & Local Pickup Policy
• Shipping: Flat rate of $8.00. 
• Local Pickup Policy:
• Fee: A non-refundable $3.00 handling fee applies to all pickup orders.
• Collection Window: Once you receive your "Ready for Pickup" notification, you have 7 days to collect your order. 
• Conversion: After 8:00 PM on the 7th day, local pickup is no longer an option. You must choose to pay for shipping (an invoice will be emailed to you) to receive your order. 
• Forfeiture: Orders not collected or paid for via shipping by the 15th day will be considered abandoned and forfeited without a refund.

Desired Happenings is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout, carrier delays, or lost packages. All orders include a tracking number via email. Once an order is dropped at USPS, we have no more information than you do via the tracking link.
